  • Do you ship outside of Canada and the US? 
Yes, we ship to any international destinations.

 *Please note some countries have suspended their courier services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to placing your order, please confirm with your local courier service that international packages will be accepted and cleared by your Customs Department. Unfortunately, if an order has shipped to a country with suspended service, the order will be returned back to us.*

  • How much is shipping?

 Each piece is unique and a quote will be generated when you enter an address for the destination of the artwork. The cost of the shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the piece but also where it is going (city, country, etc.). 

Our shippers have worldwide coverage and a combined experience of 100 years of shipping and freighting.  We believe that their fees are reasonable and reflect current market. 

  • Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

    • How long will it take to reach me?

    Orders are typically processed from our Studios in one day. During a high volume of orders, processing takes 2-3 business days.

    Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply. 

    • Is my one of a kind purchase insured?
    Each one-of-a kind-piece is insured by our experienced shipper at the price listed on twodovesstudios.ca. The artwork (s) you have selected are created with utmost care, using the best materials available to professional artists. The same goes for the shipping of your purchase (s). We are preparing them and shipping them with the same attention to detail.
    • How does personalised/custom orders work?

    Digital collageworks will take 7-10 business days before our standard shipping times. Custom artworks are estimated to ship in 5-7 weeks, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items may also experience delays in shipping.

    If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your customised items, you will be refunded your full amount.

    •  Do I have to pay custom and import fees?
     Please note items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your purchase. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Two Doves Studios.

     

    Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address.

     We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

    • Is your packaging sustainable? 

     Two Doves Studios is committed to minimizing its carbon footprint and increasing sustainability.  We are continually working with our shippers to minimize the amount of packaging required in order to have your one-of-a-kind purchases reach their forever homes in their best state and without damages. 

     

    Returns

    • What is your return policy?

    Quality is something we guarantee.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on pieces within 45 days from purchase. Returned products must have their original tags attached on the back, have no signs of wear, and be in pristine condition. We will also require a return of the official documentation (Provenance) of the piece. This excludes sale items and non-refundable items listed below. If it has been more than 45 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

     To start a return, you can contact us at twodovesmail@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    • Are returns free?

     Please note that all shipping costs, initial, as well as, return, will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping labels are not provided by Two Doves Studios. Your original shipping fee is not refundable. Orders outside of Canada may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

    • Are all items refundable?

    The following items are non-refundable:

    • Gift cards

    • Donations

    • Digital artworks

    • All sale items 

     

    • Exchanges 

    We do not offer exchanges at this time for any of our pieces. All pieces can be returned for refund or store credit.

    Our Artworks

    • How do I take care of my artwork?

    Displaying my one-of-a-kind piece:

    Do not display a painting or drawing in direct light. All artworks have been created to be shown inside and do not take well to outdoor locations.

    Do not display a work made of paper in a damp or humid environment like a bathroom or steam room.

    Cleaning and maintaining of my piece:

    It is always preferable to dust a piece made of ceramics or paper with a soft dry cloth. Do not rub the piece. Do not use chemicals of any sorts on paintings.  Most of our color pigments are water based and do not take well to get wet or damp in anyway. That is why we recommend you have them framed once you are ready to display it (them) in your home, office or church.

    • How does made to order pieces work?

    These one-of-a-kind artworks (often called commissions) are made specifically for you in our studios in Toronto, Canada. Our made to order items have different lead times, specified in the Made to Order description on the individual product page. Once an item has shipped, it should arrive in 3-5 business days within Canada, 7-14 business days within the United States, and 14-21 business days internationally.

    • Do your artworks come with a guarantee?

    We currently do not have a warranty for our products in place, but we do hope to offer a warranty program in the future.

    • Do you offer repairs?

    After receiving your order, if you experience a problem with a product please reach out to us and we will try to resolve the issue. All repair issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

    Payments

    • What method of payments do you accept?

    In addition to our regular checkout, we offer express checkouts with Shop Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

    • What currency do you use?

    Customers may checkout in any currency selected from our drop-down menu while shopping, unless payment is made through PayPal or Google Pay. In this case, the payment will be automatically processed in USD.

    • What is Google Pay?

    Google Pay is a fast and simple way to pay using the credit cards saved to your Google account. 

     Please note that Google Pay may reflect the currency chosen by the customer when shopping, however upon purchase the payment will be converted to and processed in USD.

    • What Currency does Paypal use?

    Please note that all payments processed through PayPal will be automatically processed in USD, as indicated in the top right corner of the PayPal checkout page.
